• Develop a strong strategy of private brands portfolio
• Develop sustainable packaging in line with the company's strategic goals and eco-friendly product and packaging standards
• Create and implement brand strategies, including naming, concept, and design, tailored for the Lithuanian market
• Manage department operations, organize work, and foster employee development and motivation

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields
• Proven strategic marketing experience in brand or product development (experience in the retail sector is an advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of the retail market and data analysis
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
