Job Description

Purpose of the job

The main goal of the Pre Sales Engineer consists of two parts. On one hand to support, strengthen and professionalize Consultants and Partners in Baltics and on the other hand to increase the sales in general and specifically of VRF solutions (DVM).

Key responsibilities

  • Increase specification sales via the specification route;
  • Generate future sales opportunities with consultants, architects and project developers;
  • Manage project opportunities from initial customer request to deal closure, including technical drawings, calculations and simulations;
  • Support the Samsung Partners in their operational activities, like gathering specifications for projects, accompany visits to prospects, support with technical data;
  • Support Partners in organizing (online) events and interaction with specifying parties and other stakeholders;
  • Organize and contribute to conferences, internally for Partners and externally for specifying parties.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in Engineering;
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an international technical/mechanical role in HVAC in residential and commercial buildings
  • IT literate in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, HVAC selection software, CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Familiar with seasonal efficiency, European policies, certification and regulations related to HVAC
  • Existing network in the mechanical building branch in Baltics.
