Planning Services Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• MRP planning for delivery sources (ensure the delivery capacity along all product life cycles at the same time)
• Day-to-day communication with existing suppliers regarding orders, deliveries.
• Handle single and large orders (order critical materials at the right time, clarify unusual high demands, create delivery schedules)
• Being the contact person for national and international delivery sources
• Handle demand peaks, unconfirmed orders and order confirmation of the vendors
• Monitor purchase orders

We expect you have:

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of English
• Higher education
• Communicative, proactive and collaborative
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines
• Quick to react to problems as they arise

Nice to have:

• SAP knowledge
