Planning the yearly PFMEA sessions for launch projects, together with the NPL teamlead
Planning Reverse PFMEA for all plant projects, considering launch projects and series projects, according the procedure
Moderate PFMEA meetings
Update APIS IQRM during meetings, provide support for solutions, risks and possible activities for risk reduction
Keep the PFMEA revision history in APIS tool
Customer audit support
Presentation of the status of PFMEA to customers on request
Explain the risk matrix and the status of the Actions
Define and monitor KPIs related to risk level in projects
Evaluate best practices from processes and use them as Read Across in the organization for similar cases
Report to plant management the status of PFMEA and Reverse PFMEA, especially when delays and risks to the customers occur
Moderate Reverse PFMEA according to planning and invitation received, according CEP Procedure
Define KPIs for monitoring the efficiency of R-PFMEA sessions (status of actions defined, delays in execution)
Perform internal trainings for the organization related to PFMEA methodology

Academic degree in engineering or economics
Professional experience in Quality Management System
Professional experience with PFMEA (moderation of workshops, methodology)
Know-how of problem-solving methodologies
Automotive manufacturing experience
APIS IQRM Tool usage
