People & Culture Manager (HR Manager)

Job Description

  • Attract, recruit, develop the business and the people and drive HR/People.
  • Identify needs within the HR/People field and initiate changes that promote the culture, a good working environment, and satisfied employees which lead to positive impacts on financial outcomes.
  • Be a business partner to managers and being part of the management team.
  • Create a feedback culture where we encourage and appreciate positive behaviours and performance, as well as to act and correct behaviours that go against our culture.
  • Work towards a good personnel policy and ensure that the company is an attractive employer.
  • Ensure that we comply with HR laws such as labour law, work environment, EHS, GDPR, and wage mapping.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive and develop HR responsibilities within an organization
  • Cooperate with other HR’s
  • Provide support and coaching to the CEO and managers in HR, leadership, organization, and operational issues
  • Develop culture and values
  • Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and off-board staff
  • Responsible for the HR component related to EHS and GDPR
  • Leadership supply, coaching, and leadership development
  • Ensure that the companies comply with and apply legal and labor law regulations/guidelines within the HR field
  • Lead salary reviews
  • Drive various ongoing HR projects.

Requirements

  • Experience within the field of HR
  • Experienced and skilled in project management
  • Demonstrated track record in working through complex HR issues
  • Proven track record in implementing HR strategies that contribute to business growth
  • Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic, complex environment
  • Fluency in English
