Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations. 

When you join EY Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll calculations for clients.
  • Help prepare payroll tax returns based on local legislation.
  • Prepare payroll related reports.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with our clients.

Attributes to thrive in the role  

  • University degree (or being a last year student) of Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Interest in Labor law, payroll and payroll related taxation.
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages.
