Join us as a Business Clients Orders Coordinator!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
Communicate by e-mail and phone with customers and help pioneer more sustainable solutions;
Help deliver packages more efficiently, create more connections around the world and find more ways to take action and give back;
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues!
Great French and English skills (both B2 level or higher);
Experience with Excel/Google sheets (it will be your daily tool);
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
Start working full-time from March 24th;
Hybrid work model: combine work from home and our office in Kaunas (R. Kalantos 32) or from Vilnius shared workspace;
Stable work schedule: department works I-V, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM;
2-week training course that will introduce you to the specifics of the job;

Salary - 1520-1686 Eur (before taxes). The minimum wage is paid during the training. Your salary will increase just after the training.
