Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales & marketing initiatives with guest experiences.
Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, PPC,and social media.
Collaborate with the General Manager to align business objectives with sales efforts, assist in preparing yearly budget, optimizing pricing and revenue strategies.
If you possess:
Proven track record in sales and marketing management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent understanding of revenue management strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Know how in digital marketing, brand development, and strategic partnerships.
A degree or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluent in Lithuanian & English languages; additional languages are an asset
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
