OPERATIONS TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER

Responsibilites:
-Create and develop employee training programs;
-Evaluate effectiveness and quality of training programs. Administer effective evaluation and testing techniques to assess trainee performance;
-Ensure that trainings programs are up to date, based on business unit and new hire feedback;
-To be responsible for operational competencies of organization;
-Develop company knowledge management system, architecture, search engine. Ensure that system is widely used and user friendly.
