ONSHORE SUB-PACKAGE MANAGER FOR OFFSHORE WIND FARM (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Delivering of the offshore wind farm onshore export cable (EC) and onshore substation design, supply, installation and commissioning
• Leading the EC tender process and ensuring EC interfaces & deliverables are developed
• Coordinating the day-to-day interaction with third parties, contractors to ensure adherence with the HSS, environment, quality, scope, budget, technical requirements, and time schedule
• Supporting development of business case with EC and substation inputs to the Devex, Capex, and Opex
• Ensuring development of relevant Employer’s Requirements, specifications, design and technical documents for the sub-package
• Projecting reporting and development of relevant processes and procedures.

• Electrical/ Structural or similar Master Engineer / Bachelor Engineer
• Experience working for an energy developer, transmission system operator or contractor performing the role of an Onshore Export cable and substation Package Manager
• Experience in design/testing/planning/installation activities of export cable and HV electrical primary equipment
• Experience in ITT documents preparation for EPC(I) contract, good negotiation skills and strategy for suppliers evaluation
• High level of competency in contract management, claims management as well as negotiation techniques
• Recognising a problem or conflict, exploring potential approaches, and evaluating the solutions leading to a recommendation for the most effective course of action.
