Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, security, and space planning.
  • Manage office renovations, expansions, and relocation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships for facility-related services.
  • Budget planning and cost management for building operations.
  • Implement workplace efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives.
  • Handle emergency response planning and risk management.
  • Leading a team of 20+ specialist across different locations

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • 3+ years of experience in office facility and building management.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Bigger team management experience.
  • Strong, determined professional with high-quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Fluent in English.
