Job Description
You will be
- performing administrative and office support activities
- managing calendars and special events
- supporting to book and managing business trips
- tracking and monitoring the budgets (forecasting)
- coordinating payments of invoices and salaries
- supporting the accounting team (communication, coordination, information management)
- ordering and coordinating of supplies and services
- processing new contracts
- helping on-board new hires
- supporting in HR topics (records and update employee information, sick leaves etc.)
- answering basic inquiries from employees
- completing special projects for executives as needed
- helping to brand the company in Vilnius
Requirements
- The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Extremely well organized and able to help others be the same
- Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with an attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Nice to have:
- Speaking German language would be appreciated
