Office Administrator (0,5-0,75 FTE)

Job Description

  • Ensure efficient daily office operations, including tracking and ordering supplies.
  • Organize company events, teambuilding activities, etc.
  • Assist with tradeshow planning and travel arrangements.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
  • Cooperate with health safety and fire safety partners and support implementations of local requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience (at least 6 months in an administrative role).
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking.
  • An engineering background or degree is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proactive and confident, with a strong sense of ownership and quick adaptability to new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
