Ensure efficient daily office operations, including tracking and ordering supplies.
Organize company events, teambuilding activities, etc.
Assist with tradeshow planning and travel arrangements.
Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Cooperate with health safety and fire safety partners and support implementations of local requirements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
Previous relevant experience (at least 6 months in an administrative role).
Good English skills in writing and speaking.
An engineering background or degree is advantageous.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Proactive and confident, with a strong sense of ownership and quick adaptability to new technologies.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
