Job Description

  • Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLA’s.
  • Register new customers, suppliers and articles in ERP.
  • Review that the information given in the request is according to standards and suppliers requirements for identification.
  • Enrichment of data according to information from suppliers’ databases.
  • Additional info requests for materials that do not meet standards.
  • Create and/or maintain Work Instructions.
  • Suggest improvements and participate in improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Fluent English (level B2 and above).
  • Proficient Excel user: average/advanced or quick learner.
  • IT literate (IFS, MS Office, etc.) or quick learner.
  • Ability to work with multiple IT systems and within a multicultural environment.
  • Good understanding of technical items and documents.
  • Strong process and internal customer orientation, strong attention for details,
  • Adaptation to new changes.
  • Danish language skills (level B1 or above) – considered as an advantage but is not a must.
