Learning System Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administration and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Improvement implementation and new learning products like AI and content creation tool integration.
• Conducting training for global administrators and support LMS users.
• Process optimization for efficiency and create learning KPI reports.
• Close collaboration with HR IT department regarding product development and system maintenance.
• Alignment with data protection officers&works council
• Contribution to global learning projects (e.g., Learning Week), and lead the Admin Hub in Lithuania to optimize standard procedure processing.
• Performing other Learning Management-related ad-hoc tasks as needed​

We expect you have:

• Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems
• Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, and modern learning technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in english
• Analytical thinking and experience in process optimization
• Familiarity with data protection
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1800 – 2100 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1-2 days per week from the office
