Job Description

The Outbound Lead Qualifier (OLQ) plays a crucial role in generating qualified leads for Clearpoint Recycling’s services. The OLQ will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their business needs and the specific materials they require, and determining if they are a good fit for our commodity marketplace. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development, as OLQs can build their own client bases and potentially progress into account management positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and research potential clients using various sources, including databases, online directories, and social media. Conduct initial qualification calls to assess their recycling needs, waste streams, and the specific materials they require.
  • Material Alignment: Determine if the potential client's required materials align with Clearpoint Recycling's supplier base and service offerings.
  • Lead Qualification: Determine if a potential client is a qualified lead based on their business size, industry, recycling volume, material type and volume, and export goals.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record lead information, including material type and volume, and qualification results in our CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments with qualified leads for further discussion with the account management team.
  • Account Management Opportunities: Demonstrate exceptional performance and potential to transition into account management roles, overseeing and managing client relationships.
