Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of OLQs.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for the team and monitor their progress. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to help team members develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that the team has the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide effective training and guidance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the lead qualification process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's performance.
  • Team Motivation: Create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to achieving results. Recognize and reward team members for their accomplishments.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse team performance metrics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of success in achieving performance goals.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Training and Development: Experience developing and delivering training programs, and a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and resolve conflicts.
  • Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to achieving results.
