Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams;
Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities;
Delivery of services and solutions that meet the needs of customers in foreign markets (USA and Europe);
Building a long-term relationship with customers, ensuring loyalty.
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant work experience related to key account;
B2B IT sales experience - a big advantage;
Fluent in English;
You feel responsible even if you have a lot of freedom;
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
