GET READY TO:

Be responsible for a defined group of customers
Communicate with customers (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (partners, etc.)
Handle incoming e-mails, calls (directed to the Customer Support team address)
Manage ticketing system
Entry data to internal systems

Salary range up to 1690 EUR gross and quarterly bonus
