Key Account Manager, Mobile Experience Division

Job Description

  • Responsible for the business management and development of the targeted Key Accounts
  • Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major key account/s and company
  • Develop a long-term trusting business by initiating and coordinating joint business plans across the sales and marketing activities, supply chain improvements and analyzing competitor activities
  • Establish and oversee internal account budgets with the company and external budgets with the account
  • Conduct analysis and identify upcoming needs and opportunities
  • Engage with management on a local level, and play a significant role to align both the Key Account and Samsung’s strategies
  • Provide all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal stakeholders to ensure the business development will be constantly monitored

Requirements

  • Three years’ previous work experience in sales, key account management or relevant experience of a Mobile/IT/Telecoms company, preferable in international/big company

  • General Account Management knowledge preferably with deep understanding of European Mobile/Technology retail
  • Prior key account responsibility with strong analytical skills to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • with good report writing skills (expert MS PowerPoint and Excel skills)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on account agreements
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
