Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Project Execution office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be responsible for defining project management processes, improving current work practices and working with IT to ensure systems support project management needs. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather work practices and requirements for defining new processes 
  • Gathering feedback on existing processes and preparing improvement changes 
  • Ensuring internal controls are in place and functional 
  • Managing the implementation of required changes in IT systems 
  • Providing training on project management tools and processes to Project Managers and Project Teams 
  • Supporting Project Managers in applying project management processes. 

Qualifications

  • Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in construction projects 
  • Knowledge of construction-related processes and of project management processes 
  • Ability to work on fast-paced, complex projects in a multi-project and multi-country environment 
  • Strong time management and planning skills 
  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary.

Would be an advantage:  

  • Experience as a project manager, project engineer, or similar roles 
  • Experience in the energy and utilities sector and in defining project management processes.
