Job Description
Resource planner is responsible for creating and managing effective schedules, call volume preparation, average handling time, absenteeism and staffing forecasts. Also there is analysing actual KPI values and identifying improvement opportunities as well as administrating data and reporting from workforce management software.
Requirements
- A university degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics
- Experience and strong interest in understanding and analysing data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other reporting software
- Fluency in English
