Job description:

Analyze project requirements and client needs to understand business objectives.
Develop low-fidelity user interface prototypes of systems to visualize concepts and gather feedback.
Create detailed descriptions of system operation principles to guide development and implementation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Communicate project status, updates, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Proven experience as a System Analyst/ Technical Project Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience using tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Fluent Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken).
English language skills, equivalent to B1 level or higher (written and spoken).
Experience working with public sector projects (as an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
