Key Responsibilities:

  • Citrix Management: Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and applications.
  • Network Management: Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • PC & Server Management: Install OS, deploy virtual servers, and provide hardware/software support.
  • Office 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and troubleshoot Office 365 applications.
  • Machine Tools Integration: Connect machine tools to the network and integrate them with ERP/MES systems.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell or Bash to automate tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Proven experience in Citrix, Office 365, and network management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
