IT Specialist – Client Applications

Your responsibilities will include:

• Solving support tickets and troubleshooting for desktop software ​
• Ensuring compatibility and functionality of software in secure Festo environment​
• Taking care of globally used applications lifecycle(licensing monitoring, license ordering, scheduling deployments and updates)​

We expect you have:

• IT Education background or work experience​
• Great communication skills in English​
• ITIL Knowledge​
• Experience of Windows client administration​
• Knowledge of software installation methods in Windows Environment

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1700-2000 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
