IT PROJECT PORTFOLIO ANALYST (F/M/D)

We are looking for an IT Portfolio Analyst to join the IT Project team at Ignitis Group’s shared service center. You’ll be a part of a team that manages 80+ applications and oversees more than 450 deployments to production each year. Our 180+ strong IT team drives continuous innovation, agile development, and application modernization. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Monitoring each stage of IT project or IT programs implementation to ensuring proper execution (process, artifacts)
• Monitoring IT project or IT programs timeline, budget, and scope discrepancies against the approved baseline and propose solutions
• Implementing improvements of IT project management procedures, methodologies, and best practices in response to changing circumstances
• Implementing improvements in IT project monitoring – align metrics and implement standard tools 
• Implementing the monitoring and management of interdependencies between projects
• Providing recommendations for decision-making

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects of varying complexity following project management methodologies
• Knowledge of AGILE, PMI (PMBOK)/PRINCE2/other standards and their practical application;
• Knowledge of project portfolio management and its analysis principles
• Analytical, critical, and creative thinking with a results-oriented approach, ability to manage large amounts of information simultaneously
• Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, as well as strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English
