IT Project manager

Requirements: 

• over 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams;  
• excellent communication, organizational and critical thinking skills;
• analytical skills: ability to anticipate project challenges and propose effective solutions; 
• proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar; 
• strong English language skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• gather and document technical and business requirements from stakeholders;
• lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and track daily progress;  
• prioritize and manage backlogs, breaking down epics into actionable tasks;
• collaborate with developers, designers, product teams and support to resolve issues and manage feature requests;  
• monitor KPIs and risks, reporting regularly to the CTO;  
• optimize team workflow using project management tools and maintain documentation.
