IT Project Manager (Public sector)

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage up to three large-scale IT projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure project goals are met and contracts are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that milestones are achieved.
  • Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies to manage projects effectively.
  • Continuously monitor project KPIs and contribute to their ongoing revision and improvement.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present them to stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing public sector projects (3-4 years of experience will be considered).
  • Solid IT background or relevant working experience in IT.
  • Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Java programming language. 
  • Familiarity with the Waterfall methodology, as Agile may not be fully applicable to all projects.
