Job Description

We are currently seeking a new colleague to join our IT infrastructure development team and assist in implementing IT infrastructure changes, creating both IT infrastructure and cloud solutions for new business opportunities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Planning and coordinating changes in IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on high-value initiatives that align with business needs and meet the Definition of Done; 
  • Ensuring effective implementation of IT infrastructure and Cloud changes by managing each change's scope and timeline, identifying and managing risks, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles; 
  • Coordinating team presentations of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, roadmaps, and infrastructure resource needs to team members and stakeholders, helping to identify their priorities and risks to achieve maximum business value; 
  • Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration among the entire infrastructure division; acting as the primary point of contact for external communications (e.g., other IT teams, contractors, customers or stakeholders); 
  • Fostering a productive environment where team members take ownership of their tasks and enjoy working on them; 
  • Managing changes using JIRA, Confluence, and Ivanti tools, and adhering to ITIL methodologies for change management. 

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (in the field of IT or exact sciences); 
  • At least 2 years of experience in change management or project management within the field of IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on hardware components such as servers, networking equipment, telecommunications, and/or digital workplace delivery; 
  • Experience in IT activity management using methodologies such as ITIL and IT4IT; 
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English; 
  • Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, a desire for improvement and an interest in innovations. 

Would be an advantage:  

  • Legal education or interest in IT/licensing contract or public procurement general principles; 
  • Knowledge of the pricing of IT infrastructure and the principles of its creation.
