What will you do as a consultant:

• conducting workshops, reviewing, analyzing and understanding business processes, system needs, necessary integrations, the client's operations, their practices and the nature of the industry, and preparing and participating in the implementation of the solution,
• preparation of instructions and active participation in the implementation of agreed solutions,
• conducting meetings with clients and determining requirements and conditions,
• planning timelines and necessary resources for project implementation, which includes defining requirements for necessary human resources, software and hardware in cooperation with project managers and the sales team,
• cooperation with clients to determine the content and scope of the project,
• preparation and revision of test scenarios,
• presentation of solutions in the form of written and oral reports,
• configuration, development and testing of agreed solutions,
• collaboration with the project manager and the rest of the consulting and technical team.

• knowledge of the English language,
• Knowledge of application systems in the Troia portfolio is an advantage, but not a requirement (IBM Maximo Application suite (Manage, Maximo IT, Monitor,...), IBM ControlDesk, IBM Cognos),
• knowledge of business processes in the company (purchasing, finance, IT, etc.),
• experience in working with clients and conducting workshops together with client experts,
• Experience in key areas related to products from the company's portfolio (EAM, ITSM, Advanced Analytics, AR/XR) is an advantage,
• Knowledge of application systems in the Troia portfolio is an advantage, but not a requirement (IBM Maximo Application suite (Manage, Maximo IT, Monitor,...), IBM ControlDesk, IBM Cognos),
• Professional certifications in business areas are an advantage (e.g. ISO 55 000, ITIL Strategic Leader, TOGAF, IBM MAXIMO*),
• Category B driving test.
