IT Business Analyst/Scrum Master

• Serve an IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master while acting as a mediator in a cross-functional team of developers and customer;
• Analyze customer requirements and work with the development team to create software solutions;
• Decompose high-level backlog items into simplified user stories, creating user story maps, writing acceptance criteria,  and creating technical documentation;
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and budget while communicating with the Product Owner and customers;
• Groom the sprint backlog, ensure timely delivery and clear progress towards sprint goals;
• Lead, train, and coach the team and organization in adopting Scrum practices.

THE TOOLS WE USE:

Jira, Confluence, diagramming tools (Miro board), GANTT charting tools, Kibana/Grafana, Postman, GUI prototyping tools (Figma, InVision), SQL querying tools.

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Scrum teams;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban;
• Proficient in agile requirements management, including backlog management, user stories, and delivering incremental value;
• Skilled in visual modeling, documenting business processes, and creating technical diagrams;
• Experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
• Backlog management;
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and APIs;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to understand, present and convert information received from business to developers and vice versa;
• Clean and clear communication skills, in both verbal and written manner;
• Attention to details and simple, proficient problem solving approach;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.

PREFERRED:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO).

• Monthly salary range is 2975-4463 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies;
