IT Application Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on business needs
• Managing and resolving service tickets through the ServiceNow platform
• Technical Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of various interfaces such as websites, add-ins, mobile apps, and APIs
• Providing support to users navigating the intranet, including addressing access issues, content queries, and technical problems, ensuring seamless operation and data flow
• Other tasks: handle the creation, editing, and managing of objects and locations, documentation or rights assignment within the system

We expect you have:

• Studies in computer science or comparable field
• Good English language skills (write and speak)
• Problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with external partners, internal stakeholders and internal teams
• Organized and structured work style, attention to detail

Nice to have:

-  Familiarity with service management platforms like ServiceNow

-  Knowledge of REST APIs and experience with API integrations

- Knowledge in managing business applications, interfaces (web, mobile, API)

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1750 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
