Requirements
• Must be a strong performer and with excellent communication skills
• Set targets and achieve goals, while implementing different and specific strategies for each of the serviced markets
• Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system will be an advantage
• Excellent written and oral English language skills, while Russian, German would be an advantage
• Previous experience with international sales within the building material industry and technical flair will be extremely useful
• Must be willing to travel at short notice
• Open and service minded personality, with a natural drive preferred.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintaining sales volume, and selling price by staying alert and keeping up with latest information on market movements and competitors.
• Working independently, with the aim of establishing the International Sales department and managing a number of key account managers.
• Willingness and motivated to keep learning and improving personal and professional skills.
