Job Description

The company is seeking to build a team of Integration Managers based in Lithuania who will help drive growth as part of an international team. You will be involved in diverse projects of varying complexity, with the opportunity to travel for different phases of projects within the EMEA region

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing system and acceptance specifications during the Sales and Design phase, contributing to design and risk reviews, and estimating Integration Management efforts.
  • Being involved in system specifications during the realization phase by producing overall system test specifications and obtaining customer approval.
  • Overseeing the detailed engineering phase from a system design perspective and participating in WMS and subsystem FATs.
  • Planning and coordinating onsite integration activities and performing site integration and acceptance procedures for projects across the EMEA region.
  • Reviewing and analyzing system performance ramp-up to FAC level and defining improvement measures to meet contract obligations.
  • Contributing to a safe work environment by adhering to internal Health, Safety, and Environment procedures.
  • Continuously providing input and suggesting improvements based on lessons learned, sharing knowledge within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation or Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Intralogistics and integration of material handling solutions is an advantage.
  • A collaborative and effective team player, capable of working with and leading a team.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites.
  • Full driving license to support travel requirements of the role.
