HR Platform Support Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of Festo organizational structure according to submitted requests
• Employee master data quality check and corrections
• 1st level support and guidance for HR colleagues worldwide on system usage questions
• Other administrative tasks upon request

We expect you have:

• Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in English language skills
• Organized and structured working style with high quality and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with O365 package and a willingness to learn and use advanced features

• Attractive salary package: base salary starting at 1500 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
