Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - drive recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations - manage conflict resolution, foster a positive workplace culture, and handle employee concerns.
  • Performance Management - oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and development initiatives.
  • Acting fully as HRBP - provide different development and training activities (manager development, modern leadership, communication), build career paths, etc.
  • Policy & Compliance - develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Compensation & Benefits - administer payroll, benefits, and competitive compensation packages.
  • HR Reporting - track and report on HR metrics; provide insights to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership by actively seeking improvements and addressing challenges without waiting for direction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office package.
