Job Description

  • Manage and plan the recruitment process.
  • Manage retention policy in the company
  • Work with various automatization and optimization processes. 
  • Developing, optimizing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Developing and managing the staffing and go-to-market strategy to ensure the right talents are in the right positions at the right time.
  • Support current and future business needs by providing HR support in employee development & engagement.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience within the field of HR Shared Services.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management of senior business and HR leaders and works councils.
  • Experienced and skilled in project management.
  • Demonstrated track record in working through complex HR issues.
  • Proven track record in implementing HR strategies that contribute to business growth.
  • Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic, complex environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge in Russian (big advantage)
