As part of the consequent phase of Advantio’s growth we have an immediate opening for an HR Generalist
Mission and Key Responsibilities:
To support the HR department’s operations in the local office. To support ongoing HR activities and deployment of the employee journey
Recruitment
Follows the hiring process (recruiting, communication with candidates, interview scheduling and follow up)
Posts job ads and organising resumes and job applications
Schedules job interviews and assisting in interview process
Collects employment and tax information
Prepares new employee files
Supports in orienting new employees to the organisation
Serves as a point person for all new employee questions
Records Maintenance
Maintains current HR files and databases
Updates and maintains employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Ensures Compliance with local labor regulations
Maintains records related to performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Performs payroll/benefit-related actions
Tracks employees contracts change as well as vacation days/sick leaves and remote working
Internal Processes
Provides high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Supports the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Maintains ongoing relationships with HR agencies and local labor consultants

Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
Master degree in Human Resources or 2-3 years of experience as HR Assistant
Labor Local Law and employment equity regulations, payroll regulations, taxation
Web recruiting platforms and social media
Psychological and behavioural tests
Main HR interviews techniques (such as BEI and Critical Incident Interview)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Required language(s) written/spoken:
English FLUENT
Lithuanian FLUENT
