Job Description

  • Monitor safe working conditions (visit sites, oversee the occupational health and safety situation).
  • Provide consultations to employees on occupational health and safety issues.
  • Organize and conduct internal training and instructions for new employees.
  • Manage occupational health and safety documentation and reporting (1–2 days per week dedicated to documentation).
  • Collaborate with specialists and share best practices.
  • Submit weekly reports to management and Finnish colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the occupational health and safety field (experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage) and practical experience as an occupational health organizer.
  • Valid certification in the required format.
  • Higher or advanced education (Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Construction fields).
  • Knowledge of construction process technologies and occupational health and safety requirements in construction.
  • Familiarity with the EN ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard.
  • Ability to work with Dalux Field (daily work component).
  • B2 level proficiency in English.
