Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs and best practices;
Analyse the search channels for employees in the market, their efficiency and costs, to select suitable ones and to organize the search for candidates through suitable search channels;
Analyse and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
Organise and coordinate the work of the team of 16 people, mentor and train them;
Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected result;
Represent the company in relations with key clients, third parties or public authorities.
Requirements
Successful management experience in the field of HR (preferably – recruitment);
Good planning, organisational and time management skills;
Understanding business needs;
Analytical, initiative and result oriented person, who is constantly learning and strives for improvement;
Ability to learn quickly;
Higher education;
Good English skills;
Category B driving license.
