Job Description

  • Develop, improve and implement recruitment strategies, processes, KPIs and best practices;
  • Analyse the search channels for employees in the market, their efficiency and costs, to select suitable ones and to organize the search for candidates through suitable search channels;
  • Analyse and improve candidate service experience and client satisfaction during the recruitment process;
  • Organise and coordinate the work of the team of 16 people, mentor and train them;
  • Ensure the implementation of plans and the achievement of the expected result;
  • Represent the company in relations with key clients, third parties or public authorities.

Requirements

  • Successful management experience in the field of HR (preferably – recruitment);
  • Good planning, organisational and time management skills;
  • Understanding business needs;
  • Analytical, initiative and result oriented person, who is constantly learning and strives for improvement;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Higher education;
  • Good English skills;
  • Category B driving license.
