HEAD OF SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE (F/M/D)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Managing, leading, and inspiring a team of solution architects (5-12 FTEs);
• Evolving solution architecture strategy, process, tools, roles and responsibilities so that we can fulfill business needs;
• Participating in IT Architecture Board meetings, providing consultation, suggesting, initiating and evaluating solutions for compliance with IT architecture standards;
• Performing effective people management (hiring, goal setting, one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, career development);
• Collaborating with all stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and align, plan architectural delivery accordingly;
• Planning and coordinating solution architecture workload across 20-30 systems or projects;
• Resolving conflicts and facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration;
• Being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).

• 2+ years of experience in managing a team (5 -12 direct reports) of IT development related specialists;
• Previous experience in Solution or other IT architect role or initiating and leading IT architecture strategic changes;
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership qualities and the ability to manage large volumes of information simultaneously;
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals;
• Excellent organization, negotiation and time management skills;
• To be an independent self-learner with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making mindset and skills to identify, create and improve work processes;
• Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar).

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of TOGAF framework;
• Knowledge of IT delivery management frameworks like Kanban, Scrum or other.
