Girteka Logistics is Europe’s leading asset-based Transport Company, and the Lithuanian employer boasting the largest growth last year. We are looking for a Head of Sales which is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance. You will contribute to the growth of ClassTrucks, one of Girteka Logistics company.
- Create and execute the Europe and Scandinavia Sales strategy and plans
- Expand business in the Europe and Scandinavia market
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve individual and team goals
- Manage the teams both directly and indirectly and lead performance management, development and learning discussions with direct reports
- Provide leadership and direction in a team environment
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales and leading a high performing sales team
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Knowledge of heavy or automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Experience of work in multicultural environment
- Number driven approach to sales
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to set and execute a compelling vision for the team
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to travel
