Job Description

  • Design and execute an HR strategy focused on aligning people management, company culture, and safety with organizational objectives during the knowledge transfer process.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and professional development of employees, fostering a high-performance work environment in partnership with site leaders.
  • Ensure legal compliance and best practices in workplace safety by overseeing training and safety processes.
  • Lead key HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, and other employee development programs.
  • Improve HR administrative functions by automating and streamlining processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational change by leading projects that enhance employee well-being and overall operational performance.
  • Coordinate with Divisional P&C to deliver corporate initiatives locally, ensuring strong communication across the site.
  • Regularly assess HR metrics like employee turnover and training success to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous growth.
  • Strengthen workplace culture by collaborating with managers to boost employee engagement, define the company values, and support organizational success.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of senior HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and certifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing key HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and the use of HR management systems (preferred).
  • Experienced in leading change management initiatives, large-scale transformation projects, and knowledge transfer processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, alongside strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Postgraduate qualification with accreditation from a recognized HR professional body or institute would be preferred.
