Job Description

  • Supervise, assess, and manage the organization's use of IT resources.
  • Plan and oversee the budget for IT and digital development expenses and investments.
  • Ensure team members have well-defined goals and measurable success criteria.
  • Establish clear objectives for third-party partners and track their progress.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
  • Attract and retain skilled professionals within the organization.
  • Lead and manage a team, prioritizing and distributing tasks to ensure efficient department operation within deadlines.
  • Delegate appropriate responsibilities for IT and digital development outcomes while maintaining overall accountability.
  • Continuously strive to enhance team processes, improve efficiencies, and drive value.

 

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Experience as a senior executive/leader with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience representing the organization to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
