Head of Customer Onboarding

Job Description

  • Take a leading role in building out a customer onboarding function, which will involve recruitment, migration of the function from current location to Vilnius and managing the team thereafter
  • The escalation point for all customer onboarding enquiries
  • Coaching and mentoring the team in order to be effective and efficient
  •  Managing KPIs and KRIs which measure the performance of the team
  • Own, develop and maintain all onboarding procedures, both process and desk procedures
  • At every opportunity strive for efficiency gains
  • Manage effectively and be responsible for associated risk related to customer onboarding
  • Sanction Screening
  • Ensure all policies related to Customer Onboarding are strictly adhered to

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Onboarding compliance function within a financial services company
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a leading role
  • Fluent English both written and orally
  • Experience in Sanction Screening process
  • Russian language – would be an advantage
  • Zen desk experience – would be an advantage
