Head of CRM in igaming

The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value across the company's digital product portfolio. This role includes overseeing the segmentation, targeting and personalization of communications, ensuring a tailored experience for users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Campaigns for email and push notifications for IOS and Android, including creating strategies, planning content, creating templates, and defining segments.
• Analyzing campaign performance, including monitoring open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement metrics to determine campaign success.
• Analyzing user behavior data to understand how users are interacting with campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.
• Based on the analysis, you will make recommendations to the growth team to optimize campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
• Develop a comprehensive customer segmentation strategy that delivers tailored messages based on the stages of their lifecycle.
• Conduct testing to optimize CRM campaigns Manage our CRM tool, Braze, to ensure it is fully utilized.

• Accuracy and meticulousness, at least 2 years' experience in CRM Marketing.
• Ability to write short promotional texts, creativity.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Work based on a B2B contract

Annual salary: 40,000-80,000 euros
