Head Affiliate in igaming

We are seeking a dynamic Head Affiliate to join our rapidly growing online casino company. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate programs, as well as building relationships with affiliates. A strong understanding of the industry and experience in acquiring and retaining partners is required. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates to ensure the success of the affiliate program.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotions and marketing materials for affiliates.
• Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve team and company objectives.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for professional development.
• Generate and analyze performance reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing performance.
• Present reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Monitor event success metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
