GL Accountant (temporary 12 months contract)

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Dealing with financial and management reporting, including monthly closing of books.
• Maintaining General Ledger and accounting Masterdata (item, vendor, customer and accounts). Focus on inventory and fixed assets accounting matters.
• Coordinating tax compliance matters with the external tax advisors.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reporting to the Group.
• Supporting and participating in digital transformation projects to improve the efficiency and stability of accounting activities.

• Academic degree preferably in finance or accounting/audit
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in accounting or audit position.
• Candidate should be experienced in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience with MS NAV ERP would be an advantage.
• Experience with Basware invoice handling system would be an advantage.
• Experience with Concure travel expense handling system would be an advantage.
• Any Scandinavian language skills would be an advantage.
