Provide business support for UK MD and help build a business in the region, whilst liaising with GPS Head of Risk and UK MLRO to ensure that we are compliant with all EU laws
Lead and direct marketing activity for your own portfolio of clients
To produce proposals and solutions and implement these solutions
Further development of the marketing strategy with the focus on developing new markets and increasing brand awareness
To maintain activity levels high enough to ensure an adequate pipeline going forward
To achieve a satisfactory level of appointments
Be fully responsible for all mass communication to clients
Be fully responsible for all internal and external marketing collateral
To assist beyond personal KPI’s in the wider revenue goals of the company by working as a Team Player within the larger remits of the Account Executive team and GPS Capital Markets Ltd when required
Good understanding of the FX markets
Good communication of market data and information to prospective and trading clients
Responsibility for development of the CRM system in conjunction with the UK MD
Further Responsibilities:
To assist and manage staff members in Lithuania and communicate with UK MD in the provision of MI, Trackers and additional tools so that they have what they need in order to track their performance against KPI’s and Business Plans in conjunction with UK MD
To assist the Company in the provision of tools to make sure the Account Executive team are operating to a level that they need to in order to achieve their performance against KPI’s and Business Plans in conjunction with the Head of FX Sales
To support the Account Executive team and the Company in the production of and sourcing of internal and external tools and marketing collateral that helps our revenue goals
To assist the business in the creation/refinement of our value proposition to ensure the Business has a fully marketable service
To drive and modify where necessary the CRM tools/GPS Online tools in line with our revenue goals and customer service and value proposition
Requirements
Proven business to business call centre track record
Negotiating skills
Good presentation / telephone skills
A good standard of numeracy
A good standard of “Business Awareness”
Good IT skills in order to operate MI, CRM systems
A track record of high-performance leadership at a senior level within financial services
Capable of meeting the requirements of the Bank of Lithuania
Fluent written and spoken English
